We are seeing patients via telehealth, including new patients!
If you are a new patient, please complete the Patient Information Form (click here) and send it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We also will need your doctor’s prescription before scheduling therapy; please send that via email if you can or you can ask the doctor’s office to fax it to 201-503-0293. Once we have your Patient Information Form, we will contact your insurance carrier to confirm coverage and copay amounts.
What to Expect
Therapy sessions are conducted online, typically via Zoom and scheduled for 45 minutes. Our telehealth services typically include consultation and a home exercise program. The home exercise program will be sent to you via email after the session is completed. If custom orthotics (splints, etc.) are needed, an appointment may be scheduled in the office.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Co-payments and direct payments, if insurance is not applicable, can be made via Venmo or by mailing a check to our office. On Venmo, Hand Therapy Solutions appears as “@Hand-Therapy Solutions”.
Our normal cancellation charge of $50, if not done 24 hours in advance for in office visits, does not apply to telehealth appointments. If you have a telehealth appointment you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us via email at least 2 hours in advance; if not, we will ask you to pay a $25 cancellation fee.
